- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- You move to the Free plan automatically — nothing is locked or deleted. Choose Solo or Studio whenever you're ready.
- Do you take a cut of my client payments?
- Not on Solo or Studio. On Free there's a 1% fee on payments your clients make online, capped at $10 per payment. Stripe's standard processing fees apply on every plan and go to Stripe, not us.
- Where does my clients' money go?
- Straight to your own Stripe account. We never hold your funds.
- Can I bring my data from Bonsai?
- Yes — clients, projects, proposals, invoices with payments, expenses and time come across, and switching from Bonsai gets you 30 days of Studio.
- Does it work with Claude and ChatGPT?
- Yes, on every plan. Connect your AI assistant to ask about your business, draft proposals and invoices, log time and record payments. It can't send anything to clients without you.
- Will my price go up?
- If we raise prices, you keep the price you signed up at for as long as you stay subscribed.
